MEET OUR TEAM STEPHEN CRAWFORD
For the past 20 years Dr. Stephen Crawford has been instrumental in deve- loping and training thousands of leaders seeking to improve their leadership skills. As a motivational speaker and trainer, he has delivered inspiring mes- sages to businesses, conferences, schools, camps, and rallies to thousands of audiences all over the nation and in 13 countries. With expertise in leadership development, teamwork, diversity, experiential education, and community transformation, Stephen challenges traditional thinking by inspiring change
through creative experiences. As a consultant he has also assisted several businesses and non-profit organizations through coaching executives and managers, providing leadership training and staff development, and increasing profitability.
MELISSA MILLER
Melissa Miller carries a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance and Peda- gogy from Texas Tech University where she studied the intersection of lea- dership development and arts education. Melissa highlights the importance of empathy and adaptability in both her creative and leadership interests. As an educator she has taught acting and public speaking courses in classroom, workshop, and keynote settings. Melissa is a local Twin Cities performer and serves on the creative board of Theatre Unbound, the education team at Sta- ges Theatre Company, and as a company member of Market Garden Theatre.
Deborah C. Anthony
Deborah C. Anthony a woman with a purpose. She is the wife of John Anthony and together they parent six uniquely gifted children. Raised in a strong Christian home on the south side of Chicago, Deborah gradua- ted from Morgan Park High School. After commencement, she entered DeVry Institute of Technology where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Operations, which greatly aided her as she entered the corporate world as an operations manager at the tender age of 21. Deborah matriculated through St. Xavier School of Management, obtai- ning her MBA. Deborah has been an industry leader for over 20 years her
educational and corporate business backgrounds prepared her for the rigors of Kingdom destiny. Deborah has helped hundreds of business owners build a brand and deliver results as Brand stra- tegists and business consultant. Deborah is a three-time author and has worked with Experience Leadership for 3 years as a Marketing Consultant and Business Development.
