MEET THE INSTRUCTORS STEPHEN CRAWFORD
For the past 20 years Dr. Stephen Crawford has been instrumen- tal in developing and training thousands of leaders seeking to improve their leadership skills. As a motivational speaker and trainer, he has delivered inspiring messages to businesses, con- ferences, schools, camps, and rallies to thousands of audiences all over the nation and in 13 countries. With expertise in leader- ship development, teamwork, diversity, experiential education, and community transformation, Stephen challenges traditio- nal thinking by inspiring change through creative experiences.
As a consultant he has also assisted several businesses and non-profit organizations through coaching executives and managers, providing leadership training and staff.
MELISSA MILLER
Melissa Miller carries a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Perfor- mance and Pedagogy from Texas Tech University where she studied the intersection of leadership development and arts education. Melissa highlights the importance of empathy and adaptability in both her creative and leadership interests. As an educator she has taught acting and public speaking cour- ses in classroom, workshop, and keynote settings. Melissa is a local Twin Cities performer and serves on the creative board of Theatre Unbound, the education team at Stages Theatre Com- pany, and as a company member of Market Garden Theatre.
