    General Information Before Reporting to office While at the office Emergency Response Do’s and Don'ts
Take note of the Do’s and Don’ts which detail some of the changes you will notice in our workplace
  DO
 Try to keep 2m from others
 Maintain personal hygiene with frequent hand washing, don’t touch your mouth,
nose or eyes
 Wear a face mask when entering, exiting and moving around the building
 Feel able to remove your mask when at your desk
 Bring your own cutlery, drink bottle, mug (no shared facilities will be available
for use)
 Follow the arrows directions in the office
 Use your knuckles or elbows to use lift buttons and abide by maximum of 5
people per lift
 Wash your hands every time you have touched anything that does not belong to
you – door handles, taps, kettles. If soap not available use hand sanitize
 Dispose of face masks, tissues in the biohazard bins
 Collect personal deliveries at ground floor. Couriers are not permitted entry to
the building.
 Eat your meals at your desk or sit alone at a pantry table
 DO NOT
x Sit at any desk not been allocated to you and do not use any equipment on empty desks
x Use meeting rooms
x Leave personal rubbish on your desk – use bins in the kitchen areas and paper
disposal near the photocopier
x Invite any visitors inside the building, they will not be permitted entry – please
meet people outside
x Attend work if you are feeling unwell.
x Share food
x Carry hot food around the office in open containers
x Touch anyone – no contact greetings like hugs, handshakes etc.
x Cough, burp, sneeze without covering your mouth with your elbow or a tissue x Relax social distancing advice if you head out for lunch
