Before Reporting to office While at the office Emergency Response Phasing and Staggered Start Times
An appropriate phased approach will be adopted prioritizing critical roles, however, also ensuring personnel considered as high risk do not return until the threat has passed.
Critical personnel may include representatives from the SLT, CMT, Office Services, QHSES, IT and Fire Wardens, but shall initially remain less than ten percent of the original office capacity.
Nobody may return to or visit a McDermott office without Line Manager approval.
The Department Heads will inform their direct reports of the phasing and staggered start, lunch and finish times
