A-C Self Recovery Winches 12V Model No. SEE BELOW
The self recovery winch range is designed and built with the toughest jobs in mind. There are 3 models ranging from 2720kg to 5450kg line pull. All models have heavy-duty motors, 3-stage planetary gears using oversized components for greater torque, plus automatic ‘in drum’ brake. They feature weather sealed solenoids and ergonomic ‘lift & turn’ free spool clutches. All units supplied with wire rope, latched hook and 4-way roller fairlead and plug-in hand held controller is also included as standard. All models suitable for off road use on 4x4 vehicles and other vehicles where self recovery may be required. IP67 rating.

Universal wireless remote control kit has a 4-pin plug-and-play receiver and is compatible with Sealey ATV/quad bike, self recovery and industrial recovery winches. With a range of up to 30mtr (dependant on environment), a wireless remote control is an essential accessory. Weatherproof receiver and handset making them ideal for off roaders and recovery trucks, enabling the operator to stand well clear or sit in the cab (provided there are no restrictions).

D Dyneema Rope

Alternative upgrade option on ATV/quad bike and self recovery winches. Made from synthetic fibres for improved strength and safety benefits. When using Dyneema rope, the 4-way fairlead roller must be changed to an aluminium hawse fairlead (see below). See specification chart for correct model number to suit your winch.

Machined from billet aluminium and for use in conjunction with Dyneema rope. Simply replaces the 4-way fairlead roller used with wire rope and helps protect and extend the life of the rope. Available in four sizes: 124, 152, 254, 280mm between mounting centres.
