Oscillating belt and bobbin sander with dust extraction port. The oscillation allows faster sanding and prevents burning of the workpiece. Features a tilting front table up to 48° for bevel sanding and has indents at popular angles; 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30° & 45°. All sanding parts and accessories have allocated slots in the housing for storage. Easily change between belt sander and bobbin sander with the supplied wrench. Supplied with 610 x 100mm belt and 13, 19, 25, 38 and 50mm bobbin sanders.

Sometimes called jointers or surface planers, these units are designed to plane the face on uneven and rough wood, then squaring an edge against that surface. The workpiece is fed slowly by hand over the table whilst pressing against the side fence. It is important not to remove too much wood in one pass (no more than 3mm) in order to achieve a flat surface.
Thicknesser
The thicknesser can be adjusted to a desired height so that a previously planed surface can pass over the table producing a constant thickness. Our thicknesser is motor driven allowing the workpiece to self-feed at the correct speed.
