What is Class M?
The HSE recommend that you use a minimum of a Class M extraction unit if you are working with fine dusts in a construction or woodworking environment. Class M filters catch 99.9% of wood dust & other dusts with OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit) values of >0.1mg/m3 with a maximum permeability of 0.1%. High powered units designed for use with power tools. Model No. DFS35M is also suitable for use with air power tools. Certified for M class dust extraction in accordance with EU directives, which protects the operator from dust particles hazardous to health. Supplied with Ø36mm flexible hose, crevice tool, multi-diameter tool adaptor, power tool cord clamps, Class M bag filter, Class M cartridge filter and foam filter. PC35110V & PC35230V are also supplied with inserts for liquid collection and hard floors. Can be set to continuous suction or in synchronisation with a power tool via an electronically controlled outlet or pneumatic tool via the air outlet (DFS35M only). Fitted with a self-cleaning filter technology designed to prevent filter blockages whilst in use. Fitted with four castors for manoeuvrability.
