Consists of a polypropylene substrate to which a laminated microporous polyethlene film is applied (PP/PE). The outer layer of BiztexTM fabric prevents passage of liquid molecules inwards yet permits the vapor molecules that build up inside to pass out.
Made with 300 Denier 100% polyester yarns, 300D fabric has superb abrasion and tear resistance. The polyurethane (PU) coating on the inside makes the fabric durable and waterproof and the outer has a water and stain repellent coating which helps keep the fabric clean.
Cotton Comfort is constructed from a blend of 55% cotton/45% polyester. With the cotton on the inside for comfort and the polyester on the outside for maximum durability this is a robust fabric that provides ultimate comfort. Certified to EN20471.
Portwest Stretch is a premium cotton stretch fabric. A blend of 98% cotton and 2% elastane provides the ultimate in comfort and flexibility. The high cotton content gives an ultra soft handle, and the added elastane delivers ease of movement. The long staple fibres used in the construction process provide strength, excellent pilling resistance and a superior finish. This fabric has a UPF rating of 50+ to block 98% of UV rays.

AraflameTM is an inherently, flame resistant, lightweight fabric constructed from an aramid blend. Araflame will not ignite, melt or shrink when exposed to heat.
ModaflameTM has been designed and developed to provide flame, welding, electric arc and anti static protection. It is constructed from 60% modacrylic, 39% cotton and 1% carbon fibre.
Constructed from 61% modacrylic, 18% viscose, 15% polyester, 5% aramid, 1% carbon fibre, Modaflame HVO woven uses advanced technology to provide protection in a multi-risk environment. Inherently flame resistant and anti-static, this unique blend of fibres has highly effective moisture management properties and a comfortable handle. Certified to a range of standards including EN ISO 20471 Orange and RIS 3279, Modaflame HVO woven provides outstanding versatility and protection.
Modaflame Knit is constructed from an inherently fire resistant and anti static yarn and has the ability to withstand heat and protect against the danger caused by static electricity.
BizflameTM Plus has been developed and designed to produce a highly innovative flame resistant fabric with added anti-static properties.
Bizflame Multi has been designed and developed to provide flame, welding, anti-static and chemical protection. The fabric is constructed with 99% cotton and 1% carbon fibre.
Bizflame Rain is specially developed to give full protection against flame & anti-static hazard and also gives the added benefits of high visibility & foul weather protection.
Bizflame Pro has been developed to provide full protection against the dangers of welding, flame & static electricity. It is constructed from 99% cotton, 1% carbon fibre, twill weave.
Bizflame Ultra is blended from 80% cotton, 19% FR polyester and 1% carbon fibre, 340g. The FR polyester content in Bizflame Ultra provides excellent abrasion, shrinkage and colour fastness. This fabric is tough enough to withstand the rigours of industrial laundry making it ideal for the off shore industry.
This smooth, high performance
interlock knit is made from 100% TM FR cotton. The fabric offers superior strength and a lightweight feel. Guaranteed flame resistance for the life of the garment ensures value and peace of mind. Bizflame knit offers outstanding protection against electric arc with an ATPV rating of 12 Cal/cm2, this exceeds
the requirements for ARC2 clothing.
The garments in the BizweldTM Flame Resistant range have been specially designed to guarantee performance and safety whilst providing effective protection at all times.
This fabric is 100% eco cotton drill with a unique flame resistant finish.
PORTWEST PWRTM is a premium high performance rainwear fabric that offers superior comfort, function and endurance in all weather conditions. Waterproof, breathable and windproof to the highest standards, this collection far exceeds the requirements of EN343 Class 3:3.
This durable, stretchable fabric is tear resistant, anti-fungal, oil, fat, diesel and grease resistant and can be easily wiped clean. All garments are finished with high frequency welded seams ensuring maximum water- resistance.
SealtexTM Flame is a flame & chemical resistant, PU coated, polyester fabric. It is flexible & lightweight.
Sealtex Ultra is a highly breathable, high technology, PU coated fabric, on a flexible 100% Polyester Tricot knit, 185g. Sealtex Ultra meets high visibility standard EN ISO 20471.
Portwest TexoTM fabric is composed of 60% Cotton/40% Polyester. The cotton contest gives a soft handle while the polyester provides durability & moisture wicking properties.
100% Cotton fabric is comfortable and absorbent. This is suitable for both domestic & high temperature laundering.
Ripstop fabric is constructed using 100% polyester and is PVC coated. The tough outer ripstop shell guarantees outstanding waterproof protection.
KingsmillTM fabric guarantees high performance and maximum comfort. The material is fully pre-shrunk, has superior dye retention and all the attributes you would expect from a modern workwear fabric (65% Polyester/35% Cotton).
