Jill’s husband Henry also utilized NVNA and Hospice when he was recovering from knee replacement surgery. “The nurses become part of the family,” said Henry. “As you get older, you see how valuable these services are.”
Jill continues to support NVNA and Hospice’s mission with her time, counsel, and support. A current Trustee and member of the Grace Campaign Committee, Jill says her favorite gift each year is when she and Henry pledge to purchase all the holiday meals for patients and their families at the Pat Roche Hospice Home.
“Whenever we give, I try to just think about what my mother would want. I ask myself, ‘what would Corky have done?’” said Jill.
Jill and Henry are continuing their family legacy of giving back to the community. Their dedication to NVNA and Hospice has been essential to providing local families with expanded hospice services.
We thank the Tallmans for their enduring philanthropic support and heartfelt leadership. n
