Launching the Grace
Campaign
The Grace Campaign will allow us to continue our legacy of unmatched patient and hospice care for another 100 years. With your help, we will:
FUND THE PAT ROCHE HOSPICE HOME
Provide services at the Pat Roche Hospice Home for those who need us and expand our Free Care Fund for families who are unable to afford room and board.
FUND THE FUTURE
Build on the mission of the Pat Roche Hospice Home and sustain it for generations to come.
FUND PALLIATIVE CARE
Improve the quality of life for individuals who are living with a serious illness with a focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Grace Campaign Total Goal: $4.5 Million by 2021
