Connecting Growth Over 2 Billion Trips
BTSG focuses primarily on the Mass Transit business which it operates via its majority-owned subsidiary, Bangkok Mass Transit Sys- tem Public Co., Ltd. (BTSC). BTSC is the exclusive con- cessionaire and operator of the BTS SkyTrain Core Net- work as well as the exclusive operator of certain exten- sions to the Core Network and the Bus Rapid Transit system.
In April 2013, BTSC sold its rights to the future net farebox revenues under its concession agreement with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration to
BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund (BTGIF). In spite of this, it remains the exclusive concessionaire, the exclusive operator as well as the largest economic stake- holder in revenues of the Core Network via a holding of one-third of all units of BTS- GIF held via BTSG. MEDIA
Creating Impact Expanding Our Footprint In Out-Of- Home Media
BTSG also focuses on the Media business which it operates via its majority -owned subsidiary, VGI Global Media PCL (VGI). VGI is the largest Out-of-Home Media company in Thailand. It has an exclusive concession to manage advertising space on the core BTS stations. VGI has expanded to manage advertising space in key offic- esand commercial buildings in Bangkok as well as street furniture media sector. In addition, VGI has stepped into Outdoor Media sement through holdings in other outdoor advertising comp- nies.
VGI also had exclusive rights to manage advertising space in leading modern trade re- tailers nationwide up until the end of 2014/15, when it dis- continued operations in this media segment. For further details, please referto Section 3.7.2: Business and Industry Overview – Media.

BTSG has over 40 years of experience in property development business. The book value of BTSG’s exist- ing property assets are worth more than THB 7.6bn as of 20 April 2015, which can be divided into 3 main categries:
