KEY NATIONAL STUDIES OF EQUITABLE CREATIVE PLACEMAKING IN ECONOMIC & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Below is an overview of a few leading national players in the field of equitable Creative Placemaking. By understanding and combining these bodies of work, we can more resourcefully synthesize our own approach to our own issues. This saves us from reinvesting the wheel or wasting precious resources and time learning the lessons and treading the same ground that others have already done.
Equitable Creative Placemaking employs many lenses to collect information about a place of interest, to understand it from an intersectional, multi-sector perspective.
There are myriad ways to illustrate intersectional, multi-sector variables open for consideration. However, an accurate picture of any Place must look and act in ways that reflect its unique features.
