Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
• Commercial Terms: 70% on order; 30% on delivery
• Hire Purchase Terms: Following successful credit assessment
• All estimated prices have a validity of thirty days (30 days). The amounts presented are in EUR.
• The hire purchase contract option is in-principle offer and subject to credit assessment and approval. Failure to keep up with payments may result in
repossession of the facility.
• The payment of duties and import taxes are not included in this estimation.
• The estimate includes estimates for international transport and installation.
• Any delays due to incomplete documentation, clearing delays or delays relating to site preparation are the client's responsibility;
• Any additional cost not covered in this quote are the responsibility of the client.
Delivery Conditions
• The offer is DAP (delivered at place), delivered in a period of 4-6 months after the first payment has cleared - time can be extended at seller's discretion.
• The buyer is responsible for local licenses and local planning permits required by any local or national authority.
• The buyer will provide information well in advance regarding local and site conditions and will procure local supply of services such as water and potentially
electricity, any changes in agreed conditions could have an impact on price.
• The seller offers a warranty of 12 months from the delivery and acceptance of the unit.
• The facilities come with CE marking and quality standards.
• Pre-installation preparation such as civil works must be complete before delivery of the container.
• Any delays to delivery for non-completion will be at the cost of the buyer.
• Installation will be performed by a local contractor, that will be trained by the seller. Installation will be supervised by two InspiraFarms engineers.
Not Included in this quote
• Civil works and pre-installation preparation of the site. The seller will provide instructions and assistance, but the work is under client’s responsibility. Average site preparation works cost is <10% of CIF.
• Import clearing, duties, VAT and levies. The client should contract their preferred local clearing agent
