The Controllers are convinced that they are far superior to Nature and in pursuit of the almighty dollar, are happy to modify genetics in food, animals and soon (if not already), in humans.
They are perpetrating an ages-old experiment, whereby humans were and are a result of genetic manipulation.
The merger of AI (Artificial Intelligence) with human DNA and physical elements is an offshoot of this experiment and serves the Controllers well, to manipulate the human species into being more compliant and obedient servants.
