Example – Ubuntu Contribu8onism One Small Town
The goal of Contribu8onism is to aLain freedom and abundance for all community members through transforma8on from capitalism to coopera8on.
The town produces 3 x the need of the community, in all that they grow or produce.
• One third is retained for the contribu8ng community members who receive their share of all the goods and services at no cost
• The other two thirds are sold to non-community members and other distribu8on sources at fair or below market prices
• The profits are distributed back to the community as such: 1/3 goes to the investor;1/3 goes to the community bank; and 1/3 goes to the contribu8ng members of the community as personal income. Source – www.onesmalltown.org
