Unidentified base of a stoneware jar with a footring
This is possibly a variation of a German saltglazed, stoneware jar or jug. The footring is similar to other examples.

Smoking pipe
A single example of a clay smoking pipe was found on the site. It is a very small fragment of part of the bowl and
the stem. Unfortunately, the fragment is very degraded and the heel-mark, if it was presen~ has been lost. There is evidence of rouletting around the mouth of the bowl. This is a very early example of a clay pipe from the 17th century.
