In recent years living in Hampshire, she has focused on working in clay and has become increasingly in demand for her perceptive portraits of horses and dogs. Alongside portraiture Sarah continues to sawdust-fire pots and all her work aims to be irresistibly tactile.
“Wherever they are in the world,Arab horses stun with their elegance of form and movement.
As I work for hours to portray each subject from life and photographs, I develop an ever-increasing understanding and respect. This occasion was no exception.”
