Our leadership is always in the community, connecting and actively listening to understand the needs of patients and those who work relentlessly to discover medicines for difficult-to-treat diseases. In fact, it was at the recommendation of a patient that we recently updated the scope of our award-winning patient access program, IPSEN CARES® (Coverage, Access, Reimbursement & Education Support), which serves as a central point of contact between patients, caregivers, doctors’ offices, insurance companies and specialty pharmacies. This program was designed to help simplify the process of applying for and helping eligible patients get coverage for Ipsen medications, as well as related care. With the creation of Ipsen’s third global hub in one of the most vibrant life science ecosystems, along with acquisitions, partnerships and scientific collaborations and innovations, Ipsen teams are focused on delivering for the patients we serve.
