                                   Golden Days

                    Suntan lotion smells like summer
                    Umbrella— it rains

                    Multitudes of flowers bend in the breeze

                    Mountains are green and golden
                    Everyone swims and turns their faces to the sun

                    Relaxing in the grass with ladybugs.

                                                                                 All is Well

                                                                 Sunshine — Warm, sunny and bright

                                                                 Perfect day for just about anything
                                                                 Reading and resting under a white and blue
                    The acrostic is an ancient poetic form.  The first
                                                                         blanket
                    letter of each line spells a word if read vertically
                       (Notice the word SPRING as you read.)     Instead of rushing about

                                                                 Nowhere in particular to go

                                                                 Grateful for the day.
