Possible Causes of Vibration:
Wheel imbalance - Bearing and drive misalignments –
Incorrect belt tension - Bent shaft - Mismatched or
damaged belts - Wheel or sheaves loose on shaft -
Loose mounting hardware - Loose or worn bearings
Motor out of balance - Sheaves eccentric or out of
balance – Worn or corroded wheel – Build-up of
material on wheel.
