BERRY, APPLE, PEACH
6 cups of blackberries (or combo of berries)/ options: apples or peaches
1/4 cup raw honey, 100% maple syrup or coconut sugar
1/4 cup almond flour, or gluten free flour of choice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2-4 drops each of lemon and cinnamon bark vitality oil, optional
CRISP/CRUMBLE TOPPING:
·1 cup rolled oats
·1/2 cup almond flour, or gluten free flour of choice
·1⁄4 cup raw honey, 100% maple syrup or coconut sugar
·1-2 tsp cinnamon
·2 drops thieves vitality oil, optional
·Pinch of salt
·1/2 cup (1 stick) softened unsalted butter, cut into small pieces ·Whipped coconut cream, for serving
