1 C Cashew pieces or other nuts
1 C Unsweetened Shredded Coconut 1/2 C Sunflower Seeds
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Grated or Ground Nutmeg
6 Tbs Butter or Coconut oil
1/2 C Honey
2 Drops Each of Cinnamon Bark, Nutmeg & Clove essential oils 1/3 C Wolf Berries (Gogi Berries) 1/3 C Dried Cranberries
·2 tsp Vanilla Extract
·1/2 tsp Salt
