 Breakfast
CUPCAKES
  INGREDIENTS
5 cups rolled oats
1 scoop collagen or protein powder, optional
2 bananas or 2 cups applesauce 1 tsp salt
2 2/3 cups water
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 drops each of cinnamon bark & nutmeg essential oils
5 tbsps maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all dry ingredients, mix well.
Combine all wet ingredients together and then add into the dry ingredients.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. They can be frozen and then
reheated.
   OPTIONAL ADD INS shredded coconut dried fruit chocolate chips nut butter seeds or nuts
