Students are evaluated at at the end of every quarter or semester The Learner’s Report Card or or or the School Form 9 9 (SF9) previously known as the the Report Card or or or or Form 138 is the the official document that records the the quantitative evaluation of the the student’s academic and behavioral performances The Report Cards are are sent via email to the parents or or or guardians every quarter or semester and at the the end of the the school year 3 2 1 Casa Department
