The Care Property Bond has special features which allow the customer’s Personal Representatives to make a choice on how to deal with the net equity in the property following the death of the customer.
Upon notification of the customer’s death, Shaw Insurance Group will turn to the customer’s Personal Representatives for their instructions in relation to the three choices previously explained to them, namely:
