"Fixed Assets Administrator"
As a Fixed Assets Administrator you are responsible for the set-up of a xed assets project administration and its nancial analysis, maintenance of accurate and detailed commercial & scal depreciation schedules in compliance with the respective policies, ensure adherence to AAA's project management methodology, accountable for the changes in xed assets and tracking thereof, performing a multi-month cash ow forecast based on capex commitments, identifying project performance improvement opportunities, and fostering e ective working relationships with internal and external parties.
Pro le:
A Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) with a major in Accounting, Finance or related eld;
At least two years of experience in Accounting and with xed assets accounting and/or project administration for work-in-progress;
Relevant experience with infrastructure investment projects, budgetary cost control methods and project management methodologies;
Accurate and experienced with general ledger software and commercial and tax depreciation systems;
Knowledge of accounting standards preferably with IFRS and scal depreciation policies
Good planning and communication skills;
Pro-active with strong analytical & problem solving skills;
Experience in writing reports and computer knowledge; especially advanced in Excel with complex
formula's.
