With hate crimes surging to record breaking numbers nationwide – including a 48% jump in anti-Jewish hate crimes last year in Los Angeles – Holocaust Museum LA’s mission is more important than ever.
By teaching the critical lessons and continued relevance of the Holocaust, we’re empowering students and visitors to be upstanders.
We make Holocaust education completely accessible for tens of thousands of students annually with free admission, free school tours, and grants for bus transportation for under-resourced schools.
We offer customized tours, high-tech and artifact-rich exhibits, creative educational programs and events, and intergenerational conversations with Holocaust survivors.
In November, we broke ground on the new Jona Goldrich Campus, our bold expansion project that will double our physical space and allow us to serve 150,000+ students annually, greatly amplifying our reach and impact.
Hate is taught, but so is kindness, empathy, and respect. Your support helps us move toward our vision of a more dignified and humane world.
