26. ClearChoice Cellular charges customer $0.25 to send a text message. They sell $10, $20 and $50 phone cards. All phone cards attract 20% tax.
(a) Develop an algorithm which accepts the price of a phone card and computes and print the price of the phone card after tax as well as the number of text messages that may be sent.
(b) Validate your algorithm using the three phone card prices.
(c) Implement the program using a programming language of your choice.
