The current Directors are now looking to retire and spend time with their grandchildren and are in the market to sell their business for Seventeen Million Jamaican Dollars (JMD $17,000,000.00).
The selling price was derived by using the Projected Cash Flow Method. This method takes in to consideration the potential growth of the industry, the number of players, its ranking among its competitors, the size of its customers and their capacity to pay and the frequency of purchases.
The JMD $17,000,000 was derived by using the projected Cash Flow Method. This amount covers:
All existing inventory
Accounts Receivables as at date of purchase
All fixed assets and current assets as at date of purchase
Goodwill of over 33 years in business and the development of a strong customer base.
