Employee Spotlight
Terry Nilles has been with JB as a Brown/ Sharpe and CNC machine operator for 36 years. Before him, Terry's father was also a JB employee. As an experienced machinist he feels pride in seeing the finished products move through the shop—knowing that JB’s people and machines have made it possible.
Terry’s long-time favorite JB product is the swage tools. They are the first product he ran on Brown/Sharpe machines and they are easier to do today on the CNC machine.
When he is not working, Terry enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as traveling.
