WARRANTY AND RETURNS
WARRANTY PROGRAM
The entire limited warranty and over-the-counter warranty can be found at www.jbind.com. Products sold by JB Industries, Inc. are warrantied for a period of 12 months from the date of sale with the following exceptions:
VACUUM PUMPS: 24 MONTHS
*All warranty statements apply to both Platinum® and Eliminator® Pumps.
Pumps that are in warranty are examined as soon as they arrive at the warehouse so that we may contact the wholesaler regarding our determination. The over-the-counter warranty applies only to the manufacturing defects and is VOID if the problem has
MANIFOLDS: LIFETIME BAR ONLY
Manifolds carry a lifetime warranty on the bar only and does not include coverage of any parts. The 12 month over-the-counter warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not abuse. Signs of abuse include lens cracked or missing, gauges that can be loosened by hand, and drop marks on manifolds or unions. Check calibration with the set screw on the gauge as well.
DIGITAL INSTRUMENTS, DIGITAL MICRON GAUGES, AURORA, GAUGES, MANIFOLDS: 12 MONTHS
For the DV-22N, check the last recorded vacuum and then press twice to clear the last recorded vacuum to see if it resets (if the numbers are jumping around, it may be a cold pump or oil contaminant inside the thermistor). If the numbers are jumping around after you have disconnected the gauge from the vacuum and it will not
return to one, wait until the gauge auto calibrates. Unit will display JB and turn off before it reads 1 if batteries are low. JB vacuum gauges utilize a thermistor, which if contaminated, can result in faulty readings. Make sure that the sensors are cleaned with rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl) if readings seem erratic or as part of a regular maintenance regiment. DV-22N will display a “1” if vacuum reading is above 9,000 microns. The DV-40/DV-41 will display “00000000” when the vacuum level is above 12,000 microns. Check for signs of abuse which include a cracked case, the coupler is loose at the base of the case, the O-ring/gasket is chewed up or damaged or missing, there are pliers or channel locks on couplers, and the hook is broken or missing.
PROWLER, LDC-4000, QUEST: 24 MONTHS
Check the batteries. The product will provide a low battery warning with flashing dots at the bottom of the display. Plug in and toggle through the settings as well as the temperature setting to check if the sensors are working. If the sensors are working, push the on/off button to auto cal to see if it will return to zero. If any of the readings are off, check to see what the temperature sensor is for both sensors. A few degrees difference between the two can cause a problem with the readings. Check for signs of abuse which include a cracked case, drop marks on fittings, display is dimmed or damaged, sensor is pinched or sliced, and the hook is bent or missing.

B. Base is broken or missing corners
C. Side of trap
D. Damage to protective fins and drain valve
E. Sight glass shows build-up
F. Flat hit marks on top and bottom of corners
G. Handle bent down or broken
H. Intake damaged or missing
The warranty is void if:
1. Oil has not been used in pump or changed
2. Corrosive substances have been introduced in the pump
3. The pump has been altered or any components removed or missing

JB Industries warrants the F6-DP Refrigerant Recovery Machine to be free from defects of materials or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. JB Industries does not warrant any machine that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident, or has been repaired or altered by anyone other than JB Industries.
The compressor is warranted for a period of three years by the manufacturer. To keep this warranty in force, a filter (included) must be used on the inlet port or hose at all times to prevent particulates from entering the compressor. Failure to use the included filter will void the compressor warranty.
JB Industries liability is limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective machine or part. If a defect arises, a valid claim must be received by JB Industries, with transportation prepaid, no later than thirty (30) days after the warranty period expires. JB Industries will determine whether the machine has malfunctioned due to defective materials or workmanship.
ROTHENBERGER TOOLS: 24 MONTHS
