SM-18 Solenoid Valve Operating Magnet
Designed to convert electrically operated solenoid valves in to hand-operated valves to enable service engineers to operate valves manually
Operates by magnetically lifting the stem assembly and plunger to actuate the valve during service.
Use this solenoid service magnet to test, troubleshoot, or manually activate and control a direct connected or pilot operated 2-way solenoid, 3-way reclaim or 4-way reversing valve
Can be used to hold a solenoid valve open during recovery and evacuation
Can be used in place of the power head on a hot water oil shutoff valve to eliminate the need to wait for the delay on open
Can be used to temporarily replace faulty coil to open solenoid valve Can be used to turn the power on or replace faulty solenoid
Handy pocket size
Easy to use and time saving
Torque Wrench Kit
Torque range of 7.375 - 59.004 lb-ft or 10-80 Nm with a 1/2" DR ratchet head
Permanent magnet molded in ABS plastic Safe design fits all makes of solenoid valves 18mm
Place solenoid magnet over enclosing tube which creates a magnetic field to lift the plunder and stem assembly
