         I look forward to catching up with you in February at our Clubrooms for the start of 2017 and in so doing
         draw your attention to the following information below.
         I particularly mention the Commemoration of the Battle of Hat Dich in the Club rooms, 1100hrs on Sunday
         19th. February, 2017 and seek your support for this Service.

         Subscription Renewals:

         Are now due and the renewal forms can be lodged and $15 fee be paid, either online at the office on
         Friday from 4:00pm till 9:00pm.
         RSL Sub Branch renewals can also be lodged and $40.00 fee paid the same.

         Infantryman:

         Editor Penelope Forster is now seeking contributions for the next edition of the Infantryman.

         This is your voice, so your contributions are very much appreciated.
         Article deadline is Friday 24th February.

         Korean Peace Medal:

         The medal is available to all Korean War Veterans and the families of deceased Korean War Veterans.

         Commemoration of the Battle of Hat Dich

         1100hrs Sunday 19th February 2017
         RAR Association (SA)
         13 Beatty Street Linden Park 5065
         Light luncheon will be served in the clubrooms post service.
         Decorations and Medals should be worn.
         Dress: 2A Summer Dress Ceremonial for serving members.
         RSVP - Friday 10th February 2017 will be appreciated. Please advise if you wish to make a tribute.



         Knitting Yarn for Hand Knitted Beanies for Premature Babies at the Women’s & Childrens Hospital:

         A community project with the Northfield Women's Prison for the knitting by inmates of hand knitted
         beanies and blankets for premature and full term babies (all babies now wear a beanie at birth) at the
         Women’s and Children's Hospital. Donations of 4 ply acrylic yarn (any colours) are being sought for this
