Culineur is also partnered with some of the biggest and best names in the industry. The courses are approved and accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education and run by industry professionals. The curriculum was developed by the world-renowned École Hôtelière de Lausanne, and some of Culineur’s staff members are even sent there for training. At Culineur, they take the education of their instructors just as seriously as that of their students. All instructors are put through an intensive ‘Quali ed Learning Facilitator’ programme before they’re allowed to work with students, which ensures that they have the strategies and teaching techniques they need to effectively transfer their expertise.
The school’s signature diploma program is taken over two years and consists of four modules. The rst kicks off with the foundations of world cuisine, pastry and service. The second immerses students in craft cuisine, beverages and catering operations. In the third, they delve into ne dining and fusion, developing the skill and precision required to create world-class dishes. However, the nal module is what really sets the institution apart. This part of the course covers management and entrepreneurship, giving students everything they need to run successful restaurant businesses. Whether they want to work in catering, hotels, ne-dining restaurants or their own enterprises, they’ll have all the necessary tools. Absolutely everything is covered, from creating a theme to budgeting, business planning, marketing and critical thinking. By the end of it, students can expect to be well-rounded and ready to kick-start their careers with con dence.
