Something finally snapped in me over a year ago when I tried on a running cap and once again it was too small for my big head of hair. As I left the store I decided that I was gonna make my own! A
hat for people like me with big hair! It was then that I thought of starting my own brand called Naturally Unlimited! I’ve always had big dreams and I believe that no one should be limited by how they look, or how they grew up. Everyone should be able to fully be who they are naturally, unlimited.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Crystal Hines is no stranger to culinary diversity. Raised on every- thing from Jamaican to Thai food, she developed her eclectic tastes at a young age. Her own love of food and passion to feed others drove her desire to become a personal chef and baker. Creating delicious meals became a therapeutic artistry to her, one that she would pursue across the map and closer to her family. Now a recent Texas transplant, Crystal has founded her own company CCXV & CO in honor of her son Christian. CCXV is the 215th day of the year, her son’s birthday, and a constant reminder of the joys of motherhood. Being a mother herself, she realized how busy and hectic life can be, and it was here that she truly realized her calling. Her love of cooking and helping oth- ers merged as she envisioned herself becoming a sort of master chef on wheels. From meal prepping for families, to baking and creating custom lunches, dinners and desserts, Crystal Hines does it all, and she does it with love.

My home-baked cookies are “perfectly imperfect,” and are baked with fresh, quality ingredients and no preservatives or chemicals you can’t pronounce. There is no comparison between manufactured goods that have probably been in a warehouse for six months before they arrive at your grocery store, and home-baked fresh cookies.
