Last month, Chef Nils took us on a tour of downtown’s Sur la table kitchen supply store. We asked him to select 6 simple kitchen gadgets that every se- rious cook needs at home.
Because of the generosity of Sur la table, we are able to award one of these great tools to each of six email subscribers.
