USEFUL INFORMATION
Cash Machine
This is a cashless venue and there is no cash machine on-site. The nearest one is at a Cash and Carry towards Haymarket
CPD Information
Lunch
Lunch will be provided free of charge at 12:30pm
in the exhibition room. If you have any allergies please alert the serving staff. Please use this time to network with our exhibitors and fellow delegates. You will not be able to re-enter the auditorium until the lunch break has finished. Tea and coffee will also be provided during the breaks.
Toilets
There are toilets and disabled toilets available at all times in the Cromdale Foyer.
Wi-Fi
There is free Wi-Fi available on site. The network is ‘delegate’and the password is ‘haymarket’.
If you have any further questions, please do speak to one of our staff in the exhibition or registration area.
We will be emailing you a CPD certificate the week after the event. You will simply need to add your own name in the blank area to personalise this. If you don’t receive your CPD cert within seven days, please email jfee@westernbusiness.media
We will not be releasing the slides from the event but you will be able to read a detailed report of the day
in the next issue of Health & Safety Matters magazine.
Evacuation Procedure
In the event of a fire alarm all EICC staff become fire Marshalls and will direct delegates to the nearest muster point. This is either conference square or the Loading Bay access road.
