I am delighted to be here in Scotland for Health & Safety Matters Live, the new conference brought to you by the publishers of Health and Safety Matters magazine. It’s the only free
dedicated health and safety event in the country and using our wealth o
we are bringing you an insightful conference programme and a fantastic

We are co-located with the NEBOSH one-day conference for its alumni. While this is an invite-only event, its delegates will be able to join us for our event, including the ever-popular health and safety Mock Trial, delivered by DAC Beachcroft. Here, the audience is the jury and the case is based on Scottish health and safety legislation. This is set to be a real highlight as it’s specific to people based in this region on a real case. You get to decide the verdict – guilty or not guilty – and it will then revealed what actually happened in the case itself.
