Music has been used for hundreds of years to help people relax.
From looking after some plants – to a long walk in the park – spending time with nature is great for your mental health.
We need to take time to RELAX every day. This is especially important when you’ve had a difficult day or you’re worried about something.
Water can help you feel refreshed and relaxed
– so enjoy a warm bath or step into a shower.
Did you know that even just listening to sounds of water – like a babbling stream or gentle waves – can give your brain a little holiday?!
