On behalf of Legacy Communities, we invite you to discover The Hollows on Lake Travis, the amenity-rich lakefront community on the North Shore of Lake Travis, now o ering primary residential opportunities.
We began our journey with the Hollows back in 2004 with a vision of creating a one-of-a-kind waterfront living experience. However, with the change of ownership in 2007 we were unable to nish what we started. After separately building two successful companies, we’ve come together again to form Legacy Communities and nish the story that began over a decade ago. We invite you to join us on this journey as a preferred builder partner.
This is the initial opportunity for a handful of discriminating builders to acquire founder’s status in the up-and-coming prestigious community on Lake Travis. We are focused on activating our homeowners’ lifestyle by positioning ourselves as the leading lifestyle community, lakeside, in ourishing northwest Austin.
Now that you have indicated interest, among other distinguished potential builder partners, please review the enclosed RFP. Included in this RFP you’ll nd a community map and exhibits showing the current shovel-ready sites, as well as a Conditional Statement of Interest. Our goal is for your team to have enough information to invest time exploring this further with us.
We will be calling you to set an onsite appointment to review the immediate development plans. We are con dent that once your team sees what we see, hears our vision, and understands how we execute with excellence, you will be ready to take this journey, creating what will be a legacy to Central Texas.
To capitalize on the market conditions and fall Parade of Homes, we will be selecting a few valued builder partners to get started as soon as possible.
