PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This resort golf community rests on 2100 acres with unobstructed mountain views in Wickenburg, Arizona. A Championship golf course runs throughout the development surrounded by 3100 homesites. Legacy performed a mid-year takeover in 2017 to realign the sales and marketing platform. This involved the integration of a team of 25 people including senior leadership, operations and sales. This team was responsbile for an anual business plan of 216 homes representing $104 million in revenue. Legacy also repositioned the community’s product o ering by introducting two new builder partners who expanded the product diversity with semi-custom and lifestyle home o erings - providing something for everyone.
