A Passionate real estate Team with decades of experience in residential, resort and multi- family Development has identi ed a pipeline of diverse opportunities. This Team provides a full suite of functional area services with a systems-based platform, alongside industry leading strategic partners.
To capitalize on these ‘innovative real estate opportunities’, Team Leadership Organizes an Asset Management and Opportunity Fund, with an initial and respective working capital investment. Operating from July 2018 until July 2022, this capital, known as Legacy Performance Capital (LPC), will resource four to ve real estate Ventures per year. These opportunities will achieve return rates exceeding 25%.
The Team has the business development capability to service the Performance Capital and the Investor’s additional asset interests. With a center of gravity in Texas and an active presence throughout the United States and the Americas, this will create new and enhanced opportunities for the Team and Future Owners while maximizing pro t for the Investment Partners.
