As a local  rm headquartered in Westlake we are fully integrated in the Westlake Community. Our team knows this area inside and out and will design an exceptional product that will live up to the high architectural quality Westlake is known for. Owners Cass and Carrie Brewer currently live and raise their family in this area, giving them personal incite of what the market demands. Legacy’s portfolio includes a diverse set of residential projects from master planned developments to modestly sized in ll communities similar to the proposed development at 110 Westlake Drive. Every project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager and Construction Manager who is on-site daily to oversee the project and make sure construction is moving forward. With an experienced team of over 35 local Austinites, we are very familiar with the City regulations and processes which allows our team to be proactive and remain on schedule. Owner, Cass Brewer, grew up in the City of Westlake and developed relationships with local professional trade partners who have been loyal to Legacy for more than 20 years. Legacy’s experience as a resident and a business within the Westlake community gives us a unique perspective of what will make this project successful.
SPECIFIC SERVICES PROVIDED BY LEGACY:
Legacy provides a full suite of residential development services including Design, Development, Construction and Sales. 110 Westlake Drive is a development opportunity that is  rmly in our wheel house backed by our professionally trained team that will be dedicated to this project.
DEVELOPMENT
As good stewards of the land, Legacy takes every opportunity to preserve natural vegetation. Legacy DCS has speci cally selected DTJ Design as our land planning strategic partner because our their dedication to Green development and design. We have also partnered with Thompson Land Engineering, a local Westlake  rm, to help us understand the capabilities of this site. Our development team will work alongside DTJ and Thompson Land Engineering to ensure the approved land plan is executed e ciently with respect to the land and future residents.
DESIGN
Legacy’s in-house design  rm, Brewer Design Solutions, provides full-service interior design and architectural services for all Legacy DCS Peak Performance Lifestyle HomesTM and land development projects. Led by Legacy Principal Carrie Brewer, BDS works alongside the architectural team to develop a timeless product that  ts the community and buyer pro le. Brewer Design o ers clients a wide range of services from selecting timeless interior  nishes to custom window treatments and furnishings. The BDS team works hand-in-hand with every client to make sure every minor detail is carefully thought through. By meeting with each client personally, Brewer’s team is able to learn about how their client’s live in their home and provide thoughtful suggestions for design elements that will complement their lifestyle.
CONSTRUCTION
Legacy’s building process incorporates the highest levels of construction science and quality checks to ensure every home is built with the highest standards of energy e ciency and quality craftsmanship. From the initial site walk to the  nal inspection, our experienced builders oversee every step of the construction process to ensure that the  nal product meets the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality. Our state of the art web-based management system, known as HomeFront, lets the customer monitor and engage with the build team every step of the way. All Legacy homes are green certi ed by third party engineers for the utmost quality and e ciency.
SALES
Legacy International provides Sales and Marketing services for all Legacy DCS residential projects. With more than 10 years of experience selling luxury real estate in the Austin area, Legacy has built an impressive team of talented professionals dedicated to providing every customer with a home buying experience that is second to none. Before initiating any residential project, our sales team reviews and approves the product and price point to ensure they align with current market standards.
