Dear City of Westlake Selection Committee,
Thank you for the opportunity for Legacy DCS to submit a proposal for the development of 110 Westlake Drive. We are very excited about the opportunity of working with you to create a well-designed, sustainable community which will stand the test of time in the City of Westlake. We are very proud of our revised site plan, saving over 71 14” trees.
Legacy DCS is a home-grown, award winning rm with extensive experience in Peak Performance Green Building in master planned communities throughout the State of Texas. We recognize that you are looking for more than a quali ed team with relevant experience. A key factor in the success of every one of our communities is our authentic respect for the land and the community itself. As stewards of the land, our goal is to make as little disruption to the natural environment as possible. Our mission is to create exemplary residences that complement the area and understand the needs of the discerning Westlake buyer.
At the core of our values is thoughtful construction and design. Our goal is not to create a disposable community that will be replaced within a decade, but rather a timeless Legacy neighborhood that will t seamlessly within its surroundings for years to come. We continually challenge ourselves to create unique homes that improve the quality of life for our clients. Through extensive target market research and interviews with local stake holders, Legacy will develop a community inspired product that complements the unique culture of Westlake.
Our team is well-versed in residential development in and around the Austin area which has given us a keen understanding of how to a ectively facilitate the approval and coordination process to keep the project moving forward. Legacy’s experienced estimating and project management team has perfected the scheduling process and ensures that every project is completed on time and within budget. We pride ourselves on our innovative product design and dedication to utilizing industry-leading green building practices in every home we build.
