PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Hollows on Lake Travis is a lakefront masterplan community spanning across 6 miles of Lake Travis shoreline. This community boasts a $8M lakeside Beach Club featuring two in nity edge swimming pools, three BBQ pits, covered pavilion with replace and a full service bar and grille. Over 13 miles of paved hiking trails connect the entire 1187 acre community. Adjacent to the Beach Club lies Northshore Marina, Lake Travis’ deepest water marina with over 350 slips. The Hollows o ers something for everyone including large-scale primary homes, resort lifestyle homes designed for short-term rentals and active adult programming. Three production builder partners are currently building model homes in the new Sanctuary neighborhood where they will be selling luxury estate-style home o erings. The new Trailhead Amenity and Swim Center will break ground in the Fall of 2019.
