P. 11
Jesus stimulates the mind, giving the mind a wealth of wisdom; Jesus stimulates the emotions through songs of praise; and Jesus stimulates your will to obedience through your dependence upon the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus stimulates the entire person: the mind (intellect), the emotions (soul) and the will (spirit). Jesus trains and stimulates (inspires) your whole being. Some folks stimulate only the mind and neglect the other two parts. Some folks stimulate the emotions only and some folks stimulate the will only; they are stimulated by what they do. Christ stimulates all three parts of you to make you fair and balanced.
Job 32:8 reads, “But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding” (KJV). The stimulus that God gives, gives you understanding, and that, in turn, gives you success. God wants to give you a stimulus every morning and that stimulus will give you skill. Jesus said to the fishermen, “Come, follow Me.” Jesus took the old skills of the fishermen and turned them into new skills. Jesus turned their old skills into a higher usage, for the winning of souls and the ability to change lives. Saints, many of you are stuck in old skills. By the stimulus of Christ, he can give you a higher usage of your skills and make you more skillful in works.

step with each other. None of this going off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness. Let the Word of Christ—the Message—have the run of the house. Give it plenty of room in your lives.
