Section 1 - Membership Committee:
This committee should develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the recruitment and retention of members. The president [elect] shall appoint one director with chairperson(s) for the following focus areas for membership development:
• Membership recruitment & retention
• New member orientation
• External extension
• Rotary Information
• Pilot Project
Section 2 - Public Image Committee:
This committee should develop and implement plans to provide the public with information about Rotary and to promote the club’s service projects and activities. The president (elect) shall appoint one director with chairperson(s) for the following focus areas
• Public relation & media
• District events hosting
Section 3 - Administration Committee:
This committee should conduct activities associated with the effective operation of the club. The president (elect) shall appoint one director with chairperson(s) for the following focus areas
• Club service
• Fellowship & Family of Rotary
• Club bulletin & Magazine
• Attendance
• Classification
Section 4 - Service Projects Committee I:
This committee shall develop and implement educational, humanitarian, and vocational projects that address the needs of its community and communities in other countries. The president (elect) shall appoint one director with chairperson(s) for the following focus areas:
• Community Service
• Vocational Service
• Rotary Community Corps
• International Service
Section 5 - Service Projects Committee II:
This committee shall develop and support New Generations and fund raising activities. The president (elect) shall appoint one director with chairperson(s) for the following focus areas:
• New Generation Service
• Fund Raising
• Club Trust
