A GLIMPSE OF ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT SO FAR: JULY 2020 - OCTOBER 2020
➢ Grand Virtual Installation on 3rd July 2020 in the presence of 160 members across district 3150 . It was truly a visual treat and new experience for everyone during the Pandemic. DG NV Hanumanth Reddy garu was chief guest for the evening and DGE N Prabhakar was Guest of Honor for the evening.
➢ Update of website www.rche3150.org
➢ Distribution detailed year planner
➢ Distribution of Designer T shirts carrying Rotary and RCHE logos.
➢ Three Fellowships organized in the month of July, September and October, 2020.
➢ Four board meetings. Minutes were circulated to all board members after the meetings.
➢ First Club Assembly in July where all the respective Directors gave presentation of their plans.
➢ Second Club Assembly in October where there was a review by respective Directors of activities carried out and pending.
➢ Had Three speaker meet jointly with Rotary Clubs of Twin Cities.
➢ Participated in District events like:
a. Membership Development seminar
➢ Participated in Twin Cities Forum’s meetings like:
a. Joint meet on the eve of Independence Day
➢ RO plant inauguration: 21st September 2020 Rotary club of Hyderabad East Inaugurated Three“ RO Water Treatment Plant” for Safe Drinking Water at Koti Womens College. This project is completed under Rotary International Global Grant Number 1640261. International Partner *Rotary Club of Emory Druid Hills, RI Dist. 6900, Atlanta, U.S.A. and Rotary club of Hyderabad East and Rotary club of Secunderbad West joint Project Partly Supported by Rtn C.V Sandeep Reddy Mother Dr. C Venkateshwari Devi in memory of Late Shri C V Subba Reddy Garu. Dr C Venkateshwari Devi garu inaugurated the RO plants in the presence of Principal Prof. A Roja Rani and Registrar of Osmania University Dr. Ch. Gopal Reddy along college officials.
