President Rtn Y. V. Giri requested IPP to propose the Financials 19-20 .IPP Rtn Srini reqeusted for seconder since accounts sheet was already submitted hence Board duly approved and seconded by Rtn Srinvas Chamarthi . All board members informed IIPP Rtn Srinivas to propose it to all the floor members in the fortcoming Assembly .

Projects on desinated dates by District Governor was discussed and also regaridng forthcoming WASH programme on July 29th as per desiniated date ,Rtn Malik informed that the programe is getting postponed . Rtn Sirish will share his plan for August 15th Envrrongment day Activity.

Breast Feeding booth/ kiosk was discussed and finalized that one booth can initiated and look at adding more after addressing our Skin Bank repuirements. Rtn Sirish will present to the board on the Costing and Location in next meeting. Rtn Satyanaryana volunteed to share the three years banks statement of RCHE Trust Account to PDGJwahar.

Rtn Vikram Muday proposed a new member Dr. Khangendra Varda who is in the Doctor and renowen Skin Specialist . Members all felt it approprite to invite him from next business meeting which is in 17th of July and also requested Rtn Vikram Muday to share his profile on Whatsapp offical group.

Presdsient Rtn Y.V.Giri inform the Board that all the signatories have been changed in the bank for Admin account and also inform that RCHE Trust Accout about Currebt are Rtn JAS Giri, Rtn U Ravi Rao and Rtn CV Subba rao . President Giri urged all the members that Club trust account needs to active and increase the visiablty . PDG jawahar informed that he help the club in filing two years returns and apply for 80G and also asked Rtn Malik to share any cash expenses sot it will help him in finalizeing the Trust Account accounts. he also urged to retire the current three signatorries of trust account and pass resolution to induct new signatoreis as per Trust Deed.
