3. Rtn . Sudesh Proposed a cultural event in which a virtual Dance Programme by Dr. Krishna Sahiti , She is renowned dance on Indian culture and tradition . Rtn Bhasker reddy and club members expressed that it is good idea and asked sudesh and president to make package so that the event will more attractive instead of stand alone programme.
4. Rtn Madhu informed that he withdrew his resignation and expressed his concerns on internal information which is getting shared which he feels is unnecessary and unwarranted.
5. All the club members welcomed his decision and President informed Rtn Madhu that ll the members will ensure to create more bonding and trust among ourselves.
6. Rtn Bhasker Reddy requested Presid.ent to clarify on the RI Director voting in response President informed the floor that he followed all the protocols, he informed the club and given mandate to cast the vote by consulting three PDGs of club.
7. President informed that he spoke to all 3 PDGs separately and casted vote by taking majority.
8. President also informed PDG Giri garu and PDG Gopi were in favour or one candidate and PDG Jawahar Garu supported
another candidate. The vote was casted considering the majority.
